I feel as if I've lost something. I feel as if I've forgotten how to be human. I feel I've forgotten myself. I find myself losing more and more knowledge of my own self. Forgetting who it is I am. How is it I go about finding myself again? I want to refind my humanity, myself.

some people say that religion helps you to find yourself. or you could just sit in your room for a little bit once a day and just reflect on random things.
