Rik, you don't like Miami? Well, I'm going for them--as well as the Pacers--because I really just like their team, including Shaq. Although I was not the biggest fan of him when he was on the Lakers.
Oh, and I'm definitely going for Phoenix--Steve Nash is going to be awesome--obviously, he's the best point guard =] |

QUOTE(Jason61992 @ May 8 2005, 5:38 PM) Heat/Wizards = Heat [heat won this 1. trust me.] Pistons/Pacers= Pistons Yeah the Heat have this one, they may even sweep the wizards outta here... they already got the first win Pistons... as much as I want the Pacers to take them out, Pistons got this one QUOTE(Jason61992 @ May 8 2005, 5:38 PM) EAST FINALS = Heat vs Pistons = [wade, shaq, and zo will be unstoppable.] Even though the Pistons are the still the same powerfull team they were last year, people are begining to sleep on them because they've lost the fire power they had last year that won them a championship. For instance Coach Brown has lost his desire to coach at the pro level, and players like Chauncey Billups aren't having the same type success as last year. Never the less the Pistons are still the team to beat, Rip has stepped up his game this season and the Pistons still have it in them. The reining champs will beat the Heat... that I am confident of QUOTE(Jason61992 @ May 8 2005, 5:38 PM) Supersonics/Spurs = Spurs Suns/Mavericks = Suns Yeah, exactly what I was thinking... QUOTE(Jason61992 @ May 8 2005, 5:38 PM) WEST FINALS = Spurs vs Suns = Spurs. See, this is where I don't know whats going to happen for sure... if Duncan is healthy, I might actually convert over to the Spurs. the Duncan/Ginobli/Parker combo was just unstoppable this year, and its been kicked up a knotch since the first playoff game, thats what might bring them to victory. Don't overlook the SUns though, their game has been shot up as well. Practically one of the most underated and underlooked players in the game is on the Suns... and that would be S. Marion. basically, you have to look out for the whole entire team on this one. The Nash/Amare combo is great... but if the D' is kept on them the whole time you can expect Marion and Richardson to just get in there and dominate the score board. Thus... I still don't know... undecided QUOTE(Jason61992 @ May 8 2005, 5:38 PM) NBA FINALS: Heat vs Spurs = Heat. Heat won it this year. i'm 85% confident. If it does come down to the Heat vs the Spurs... its basically an offensive run around. Defense I think will really not be a big part in these games... its basically the Duncan/Ginobli/Parker matched against the Shaq-to-Wade-and-Zo-comes-outta-nowhere combo. After looking at it though... I see one thing that could just bring the Spurs to victory... that would be #5... Robert Horry, the man that brought the Lakers to victory during their three-peat run. I mean think about it, everytime their in trouble... Horry's just there wide-open for the trey and boom... its done, games over... Horry is the real hero... yet, if they are unable to stop the Shaq-to-Wade-and-Zo-comes-outta-nowhere combo... the Heat might have this... nothing can be said yet... Oh, and I'm definitely going for Phoenix--Steve Nash is going to be awesome--obviously, he's the best point guard =] Nope, Miami is just not my team... I explained it earlier but no flood control just has to be on and get rid of everything I typed up... plain and simple, Wade is no Kobe, Shaq is a selfish baby that cares for nothing but the glory... what does he try to do? He tries replacing Kobe by putting up the Shaq-Wade move. Its not gonna happen... it wont work... I just know it wont... it cant work... EDIT QUOTE QUOTE(KoKo Moe Joe @ May 8 2005, 11:10 AM) WOOT!!! MAVS KILLED THE ROCKETS!!! ONE MORE CLOSER STEP TO THE NBA FINALS!!! SUNS WATCH OUT!!! you know what they say.."you rest too long your rusty" Don't get too cocky, its Nowitski vs Nash on this one. The best PG in the league vs the Speedy Nazi. Not only that they got Amare, Marion, and Richardson... whoo but Mavs have Terry, Finley, Stackhouse, Dampier... alright... nvm what I said before... after looking at it... this is gonna be a tough game. One thing for sure... Suns will come out on top! OH SHIT WHAT NOW SON!! Suns whooped on the Mavs! 25-point game!! Whoo!! With a loss this big though were gonna be facing some very dangerous mavericks in the second game. The Suns still got it though ![]() |
