The Tutorial forum should be divided into sub-forums according to their program. ..( i.e PSP into its own sub forum , and etc. ) it would be easier to navigate.

ooo, i like the first idea :) but i don't think they should be locked because its kinda nice to get praise and thanks from people after you've worked hard on a tutorial. kinda like with all the showcases
