I just checked to see if this topic had been made but I didn't so yeah.
I was just sitting here at my computer and my butt fell asleep. ![]() But yeah, what's the weirdest body part you've ever had fall asleep? Oh and also while thinking about this falling asleep thing, why do you think they say something "fell asleep" when one of your body parts goes all numb and tingly? |

Not my butt. I don't think any weird part of me has ever fallen asleep. My leg is a normal part of me. :P My whole left leg, whole right leg, arm, etc. Not my butt though haha. I call it "Pins and Needles" because it kind of hurts because I feel like a whole bunch of pins and needles are stabbing at my leg. Haha yes my whole leg.. My foot to my thigh. It happens once in a while.. like every other week haha.
You know when you fall asleep, often you can't feel things around you? Well I mean, that is if you're a heavy sleeper. I'm usually a light sleeper. Anyways, when your body is in a deep sleep, you can't feel things around you, maybe even a numb feeling. When your body parts fall asleep, even if you get a tingly feeling, your body can't really feel anything. Like say your foot "fell asleep." You can start punching your feet but it won't hurt, just feels tingly and weird. You cathc my drift? ![]() |
