mi frend told me dat Ciara was really a boy wen she was born..but she wanted 2 bcome a woman..so she did dat transplant surgery or w.e....is dat true?? was she reely once a man?

To answer the question (even though it's posted somewhere) NO she is not a transgender. Ciara is a woman and has always been a woman. That was just a stupid rumour spread by someone who obviously has nothing better to do.
