~There is no requirement for length and no required topic. Feel free to submit poems about whatever you want.

Untitled.
I still remember the first day we met.
I was the new girl, you were the class clown.
Almost immediately I knew we were going to be friends.
What I did not expect, was love.
True love.
You just stole my heart with your big blue eyes and sweet smile.
Our first date was with your parents.
I came late, you had already paid.
I, of course, forgot my key and had to go home with you.
When my parents finally came an hour later, they hit it off with yours.
I was there for another three hours.
The next day, I was back at your house.
We were on your bed, it was 11:11.
You told me to make a wish.
A few minutes later, you turned to me and suprised me with a kiss.
It was our first and one of many.
Then a few minutes later, your dad walks in!
God that was funny.
We may be young but I know our love is real.
You are my rock and you are my soul.
You have this effect on me, I cannot really put it into words.
You just understand me, you get me and accept me for who I am.
I love you for that.
You truly are amazing.
I cannot stand it when we are apart.
To quote The Used:

I'm a mess"
I really am.
All that I ask is please, please don't break my heart.

Everyone always says
A kiss is just a kiss
But if it’s just a kiss
Then why do I have such bliss

I never knew I could feel
Countless things at once
These emotions hit me hard
There is love, happiness, passion, lust

I’ve experienced this sensation
Numerous times before
Yet I still can’t understand why
If it’s just a kiss, then why do I want more?
