.. ahh! so frusterating! Options

okay.. this is probably the most simple question and when everyone reads this you're all gonna be so frusterated with me.. but i need desperate help because i don't know how to do this!

i have photoshop 7.0 and one time i was foolin around in it & stuff trying to do some tutorials and stuff.

then i got so frusterated and started X'ing things out.. and i got rid of the layer thing. and now everytime i get into photoshop it never comes up & i don't know how to get it back.

if you look at the 2nd picture.. it's the first window thing next to brushes and it has layers..

yeah this is probably the most stupidest question.. but ahh!
