eyeliner is sooo overarted everybody uses it and 80% of the people who do use it wrong. and DUH of course its ok to use mascara without eyeliner! hell, you could even just wear mascara by itself entirely! i think you have alot to learn about makeup... anyway i use Unstoppable mascara by Maybeline(it's really really good) o and if you absolutely NEED eyeliner they have an Unstoppable eyeliner as well.
