aite lets see.. last summer.. i was weak.. these are my recored max that my coach took.
my max.. (last summer) weight: 130lbs bench 135 squat 255 pull ups 10 now this year here are my new results =] weight: 130lbs bench: 185 squat: 275 pullup: 15 i maintained the same weight and got stronger =] w00t |

good for you but if you didn't gain any weight, than doesn't that mean that you didn't gain muscle either?
