i've been liking this guy for about a month maybe? and hes moving away this summer i dont know if i should tell him or not before its to late. but if i do tell him im scared of how it usually always turns out...hes going to start avoiding me and not talking to me
 i have a great friendship with him and dont want to ruin it. what should i do?

well since he is moving anyways........i would suggest just keeping the friendship right now........if u see things are turning out to be more than that.......then i would go for it.......but him moving is a big factor!
