well i am new to this country.. but in ma other school kids like 9-15 years are beated up by teacher at shool..(will u belive that).. so wat do u thing should kids be betted at school or not.. ? why?

If students get hit, and they get hit by the teacher, the teacher does'nt get fired, unless they have tenyer(sp?).
This tenyer(sp?) thing protects the teachers from getting fired, but if they do hit a child, they just get on "temporarily" release meaning, they don't teach, but they still get paid for not teaching. So if a teacher hits a child, he could get away with it.  But this is beside the point of this thread.
