ok so me and my bf have been going out for like 2 weeks? n uhm yeh i wanna kiss*at least) him and stuff but eveyrtime we plan to go out sumwhere one of us can't go ....and like he short so yeh... n i dont know if he yeh i no this sounds yeh but just comment any e ways

When you two finally have time to get together go somewhere private. Sit down with him (so your faces are level) and create and akward silence that will soon and hopefully be filled with a kiss.
I waited 3 weeks to kiss my ex and he kept talking about kissing me which just ruined the whole first kiss deal.
