I want to go out with a seventeen year old but im only 13 (turning 14 in june oo can't wait). Yes he likes me and i like him but what if we decide to have sex or fool around is this illegal?

age doesnt matter i have a 14 year old friend going out with a 23 year old guy and their perfect. if he want sex and stuff its your choice. its not illegal you make your own choice just think about it.

Wow.. That's a hell of a difference. But I shouldn't be talking. I didn't date this guy but I hooked up with this 21 year old when I was 13. I'm still thirteen but legal things got involved. Okay.. apparently something happened that was illegal except I don't know what because we only kissed and I mean.. he definatly IMPLIED things. And said them up-front. But nothing happened. So....
