I dont noe if this is an appropriate post..cuz im only replying to her in particular..sorry. But i mean..the topic starter did say anything. I really wonder how it feels to have homeschooling. Where do you meet your friends and stuff? Wouldnt it be like..lonely..?
Oh and advice for hair. If you dont think it costs too much, you can get your hair chemically straightened. That will last you a long while, and you wudnt have to worry about it anymore =)

In hoemschooling (or rather, cyber schooling) you do your work on the computer and if you are comitted on doing your work quickly you can spend mroe time on hobbies you enjoy (ie. sewing, drawing, sports etc.) so it has alot fo advantages.

yes, I am lonely at times but I do have freinds. I have two freinds form elementary school and a few freinds I made while homeschooling. When you're homeschoolign you can join a group of homeschoolers and you can participate in events that they hold and interact with other kids, unfortunatly alot of the kdis in my group are very young so I don't really go to many of the activities as thye are not for my age group.

Homeschooling I beleive is an excellent way to raise your child, in my opinion I am alot more growen up than alot of kids who I know whoa re in school and I care more about my health and others. But maybe tha'ts jsut me, if I was in school I mgith not be any different, who really knows. I also beleive that you learn alto of good skills in homeschooling, for me it would be sewing, drawing, music, composing (music on piano and guitar) and just growing up to be perhaps a litlt emore mature. one of the reasons homeschooling maeks you grow up more majorly is because you don't ahve all that peer influence liek you do in school, you don't have to keep up with the trends, or worry aobut what other kids might label you.

But for me the reason I don't enjoy homeshooling anymore is because I feel like I'm wasting my life sitting in front of hte comptuer all day doing my work, like I'm not doing enough activities and enjoying life, I don't know Plus I find it very boring at times, I just don't ahve enough to keep me busy I guess. I also don't like it because it makes me very afraid of going back to school, like I'm behind and maybe I'm much stupider than all the other kids, i jsut can't be sure. and I don't know how to play sports or dance or anything, I've jsut never been taught that. I'm afraid I'll go back to school and be clueless because everyone else has learned the same things and I dont' know any of it. I'm probably over worried because my brother is going to school and he isn't having any problems at all, he is having a ball, but I still cna't shake the knot that forms in my belly everytime I tihnk of going back to school next year

but overal homescholing has ALOT of advantages, it just works better for different people

P.S. and I meet my freinds on the weekends, I phone them up and invite them over, or go shopping or w/e, but it's true I dont' see them nearly as much as if I'd been going to school and thanks fo rhte hair suggestion, ya, I'd like that done but ti is very expensive and I don't tihnk my family would aprove, plus it would grow back eventually...I Think I should learn to live with what Iv'e got
