I want to go out with a seventeen year old but im only 13 (turning 14 in june oo can't wait). Yes he likes me and i like him but what if we decide to have sex or fool around is this illegal?

I'd have to say it's probably not the best choice, just because you're so young. Most guys would think that this is the chance to take advantage of a younger girl. Who knows, maybe this guy is one of the good ones who actually like you for you, but still.
And it is illegal, though I highly doubt you'd ever get in trouble for anything, unless your parents find out and have him charged for molestation/rape or whatever. Try to really, really get to know this guy before you try anything with him. Find out what he's about and how far he's been, stuff like that. You wouldn't want to risk the chance of getting hurt or in trouble for anything. |
