I want to go out with a seventeen year old but im only 13 (turning 14 in june oo can't wait). Yes he likes me and i like him but what if we decide to have sex or fool around is this illegal?

Make sure he isn't a player. Make sure you really, really trust him.
If he has those kinds of intentions and is pressuring you to do so, dump him off the boat and keep sailing through life.
