Does anybody reccomend a good, safe, free program that can get rid of spyware, adware, trojan horses, viruses, and all that?

i have NA (norton antivirus) and its pretty good at detecting viruses and adware, but isn't always able to delete them....
but for some reason i kind of know how to delete them otherwise. if you have problems deleting adware once you've found it, find the address of the file and delete it...but dont forget to empty your recycle bin i guess |
