If I remember correctly there was a way to resize the width of the scroll bars? Anyone know the code for this?

Make your own scrollbar, you can do whatever you want with it.
As gotnoheart said, you can also change the size in display settings but it will only show up for you. If I remember correctly... You can make the scrollbar go down to size 14. |
