Teeth Whitening, strawberries? Options

this is a little odd.

i heard that rubbing strawberries across your teeth and then rinsing your mouth out with water makes them whiter. does anyone know if thats true?

I duno, but i'm just sayin, if ur ever thinking about using whitening strips.... DONT use them... yeah i did this whole bio project on it and tested w/ 10 ppl. didn't work. waste of $. a lil off topic, but w/e

actually the whitestrips do work. I use tham...so yeah. bUt I've heard the strawberry thing does work. Something about the seeds and the juice fights off the sugar and stains and stuff. I've never tried it, cuz I wouldnt wanna eat it afterwards, so instead I would eat it first and never get to rubbin em on my teeth. :D

actually the whitestrips do work.  I use tham...so yeah. 

for the ppl saying white strips worked, ok, maybe it works for you, but i tested them on 10 different people. (bio project)) we had them put the crest white strips on the top teeth and nothing the bottom teeth so we can compare then. at the end of 2 weeks, there was barely a difference between the teeth that got them and the teeth that didn't. at first, the teeth were a little whiter but after the people stopped using the strips for about a week, they faded back realy quick. I'm just sayin.... i think the gel stuff shuld proly work better. or the best one would b the dentist thing but that costs a fortune. but the strawberries...ehhh...
