videos laging, need help to fix |

ok well since this week end my computer has been messed up. i am un able to play videos with out them lagging. the sound of the video doesn't lag it's the video images that lag. i've defragmented, virus scaned, spy ware scan, diagnostics scan, i even did a full scna of the computers video properties. but no matter what i do it still is messed up. also when i try to play games and stuff on my comp i only get like 10 fps when i used to get like 80 or 90. im not sure what is wrong with my computer but i hope that mayb you guys can help me with it. so can some one please tell me how to fix this?

integrated video cards suck.
i have one, and i cant' watch any videos without killing a bunch of apps to free up memory, or else it stutters and freezes. it's fixed a bit, now that i have less runing. try using ctrl+alt+del and go to processes (on xp) and check how much memory each thing is using. try to close the big ones. that should help a bit. |
