what programs are good for web design stuff? because my Paint Shop Pro free trial just ran out, and so did my Photoshop free trial, and i am not gonna spend $200 to buy the actual thing....any suggestions?

http://www.adobe.com or you can download other stuff here http://www.download.com and i dont think thats illgal
