agh this might be so stupid, but im jus wondering.. can u break out when your sick? like cuz im sick right now.. and when i woke up, and took a look in the mirror.. my face.. was covered in pimples. and that never happened before. so im wondering.. can u break out while ur sick?

You can break out whenever.
 I've never heard of anyone breaking out because of being sick.  But I'm not an expert on that or anything.
