take your child to work day, yes or no? |

for some odd reason, this year, our school district has made "take your child to work day" practically a holiday. We received a notice last week that stated that every student that was absent on this day (Thursday), would be counted as in school. So basically, everyone in my school will not be absent, whether they actually went to work with their parents or not. I'm really glad because I can stay home from school that day without anyone knowing that I played hookie. (my parents dont care)
Are you going to your parent(s)' work? does your school have the same rule? |

That's awesome. I bet you don't have homeworks too, eh? Anyway, I wish we'd have that kind of "holiday" so I can relax all day, or watch my mom go back and forth from rooms to rooms in the hospital (she works as a nurse).
