Okay, I know most of you have seen the infomercials about 6 second abs right? well if you haven't check it out HERE I'm not sure if it works, so thats why I am asking. I've been to the store at the mall where they sell it, and its $69.99
 & I didn't want to waste money on something that wasn't effective you know? So has anyone tried this out? Any input on this topic? please reply ;D thank you.

It's not if it WORKS or not, it's how commited you are to it. Everyone's like "this diet doesn't work. this excersize doesn't work" I'm sure they should have some effect on people if they got off there lazy..and just started working hard, because those htings arn't going to do it all.
And I think it would work, because it's just like crunches only better. So..I think so. If you stick with it and don't expect miracle results. |
