To put borders in, it should be in the layout code if you have one. And to make the words in the middle. You can just do this :
<center>All text here</center> Or you can change the text alignment in the layout code. |

For your myspace, in your layout code, there you should be a spot where it says CODE border: 2px solid [hex number here] or comething like that. Change the 2px to a higher numbre to make it thicker, and a lower number to make it thinner.If you don't have a layout, get a code I guess and edit it.
