Okay, I know most of you have seen the infomercials about 6 second abs right? well if you haven't check it out HERE I'm not sure if it works, so thats why I am asking. I've been to the store at the mall where they sell it, and its $69.99
 & I didn't want to waste money on something that wasn't effective you know? So has anyone tried this out? Any input on this topic? please reply ;D thank you.

ive never actually seen it before, but according to the website, it seems to be the same as crunches. just more fancy.
