Hav u evr noticed how running on treadmills seem so much easier than the track?!? After running a mile on the treadmill, it wuld feel like nothing, but on the track, it takes a lot more out of u. And my legs feel like Jello after the treadmill too, it's weird.
Personally, I like the track better...treadmills r so Fn boring |

Actually a treadmill is better for your legs because of the shock absorbancy. doesnt cause such a jarring effect to your knees. Erm. I actually prefer a treadmill cuz I can watch tv, so I get caught up in what I'm watching and don't notice that I'm tired as quickly. And I hate it when people can see me run. I've lived in the same neighborhood for 10 years, everyone knows me, and I don't want them to see me. Don't ask.
oh and QUOTE(soulless727 @ Apr 25 2005, 10:15 AM) i hate treadmills.....how the heck am i supposed to get a 5 minute mile when it only goes 10 miles per hour? it goes to slow!!! and i swear they all go slower.....easier to run track.... and they are so boring....what is there to look at?! yeah thats why you change the setting. U can get those things up to like 20 miles an hour! At least all the ones I've ever been on. |
