running in the right position?

I've been training in track for about 2~3 months now and I'm not sure if it's the position I run or somethign but the muscles on the side of my stomache are really sore and tender...do any of you guys know why?

eat lots of bannanas, the potasium or whatever will help your cramps. i eat 2 a day :)
