Scrollbar Help, how do i get a scroll bar in a scrollbar Options

Ok, I need help. I want to make a site with codes on it for all to use. I'm not sure though how to put a scrollbar (with the code in it) inside my weblog entry with a scrollbar.
If anyone even understands that quesion could you please help??

For the code.. you could just use

In your weblog (html) entry.

To customize the textarea..
