mm k i eat a lott of food, when im bored i go eat evn if im not hungry.... how do some ppl eat all the food they want & stay perfectly skinny , & other ppl just end up getting FAT??> alllssoo, wht kinda food can i eat that won't turn me in2 a tub-- not just fruits n veggies... ??

cheese, milk, yogurt helps you lose wieght .... eat at least 3 dairy products every day.

Now, all these numbers are made up, just for example purposes, but hopefully you get the idea. now, there are loads of fruits and veggies that have this effect on the system. some more than others. But basically scientists (and me cuz i tried it) say that this effectivly can help you burn extra calories in your diet. So yeah. Besides, fruit and vegetables have a positive effect on the system to begin with, clearing out toxins and helping your body run smoother. I lost 30 pounds eating lots of negative calorie foods. By the way, there is no such thing as a negatvie calorie food. Its just an effect that is has on the system. But yeah, go look it up, find a list, and print out and bring it with you when you go shopping. |
