mm k i eat a lott of food, when im bored i go eat evn if im not hungry.... how do some ppl eat all the food they want & stay perfectly skinny , & other ppl just end up getting FAT??> alllssoo, wht kinda food can i eat that won't turn me in2 a tub-- not just fruits n veggies... ??

Then others have slow metabolisms and so they gain weight easier. If you excercise daily it'll speed up your metabolism. But that doesn't mean you should stop eating! if you starve yourself your metabolism slows down even more, and you lose more water in your body then actual fat at first, and it's really not healthy. If you eat dinner before 7 or 8, instead of 11 or 12, it'll help you lose weight. Because ur metabolism starts to slow down. Eat anything you want, ur young and should enjoy food, lol. But if you're worried about it, just watch out for sweets, carbs...like pasta and bread...and no alchohol! lol it does indeedy make you fat. |
