Ok, my best friend is Raquel, we have been b.f.f's for 4 years now. I don't even know why I call her my best friend. We go to different schools, but still keep in touch on the phone.

Anytime we are talking on the phone, she always makes up some stupid excuse to hang up. I feel she doesn't want to talk to me anymore.
It also bugs me that whenever I tell her a story (like once were my personal items were stolen in school) she would either be quiet and not say anything or she would change the subject.
It happens all the time, and she is VERY immature. She acts like she is 2 yrs old!!! She makes these really annoying sounds and acts all crazy.
I am also bothered about her making fun of other people and what they look like, when I resemble that person she is making fun of!

I have tried to tell her that I don't want to be dealing with this all the time, but once again she changes the subject.

and ur not exactly helping either. ur not exactly being the most mature either. u don't just hang up and get pissed off over it. u talk to her about it.

the way u brought it up with her, about how u don't want to always be dealing with it. well, of course she's not gonna be too happy. who would? that's a pretty offensive way to say something. it's like saying, "ew, i hate what you do, and i'm sick of ur shit. so stfu and change."

some people are like that. some people change the subject cause they don't have anything to really say or talk about. ur personal story might not relate to her, and so, she can't really say anything about it. iono.

when she makes fun of people, stand ur ground and calmly tell her that u don't like it when she does that. and she's not making fun of u. so don't get too offended. just bring it up and if she gets all pmsy, shoot her for me.

don't avoid the problem by shutting off the phone. try to save ur relationship with her. good friends are hard to come by these days.

agreed. I had a lot of friends in middle school that I grew apart from because we had our differences. Thats is apart of life. If you feel this way about your friend currently then maybe you should find a friend will actually listen to you. I had a friend like that once. She would always expected me to listen to her problems but when it came to mine she wasnt interested. Those are the type of friendships that once you let person know how you feel and they still dont change you let go of.
