can someone please help? i couldn't download the hotmail picture attaching and editing tool. is it because of active x control? cuz i accidentally removed dat program. someone please help. and btw, im not sure if this is the place where i post because i cant find anywhere its not xanga or bloggers. so yeh. please help.
