Dropdown menu spacing & darkplayer, Any help is appreciated.

I just got done putting up a cute custom module for my little sister's xanga and only two things went wrong.
There's too much space between the images and drop down menus and the darkplayer doesn't seem to work.
If anyone can give me advice, I'd really appreciate it.
