That's really confusing. Do what Kiera said, try using fake names instead of using the letters of the alphabet. From what it sounds like though, D is the bad one out of all of this. I had lots of drama like this with a group of friends a while back. We kind of separated from each other, but we're all still friends. Except for one *cough*, she's like your friend who's " D". Anyway, just find some new friends that will be better to you. Hope that helps.
