I'm trapped in this dark and fathomless chasm
There's no way I can get out Little bits of me are gradually rotting away into the nothingness Desperately I try to snatch them back But they are just barely out of my reach I'm left a husk of myself Gasping for air when there is none The gravity of solitude weighs heavily upon my chest I'll wait quietly for the moment when I can breathe again For the moment when I can see I'm not such a lonely me Captured in a convo with Steph. Thanks for hearing me out and comforting me. I'm usually the one who tries to nurture my friends...it feels good to be nurtured sometimes too. ILU! |
