OOkay. Well. I started going out with this guy Thurdsay. I felt bad cause my friend and I liked him at the same time.. but, apparently he liked me. I talked to him on the phone for a really long time the night he asked me out. His friend was on three way and we had a really fun conversation. My friend got mad (jealous, I guess) at me cause I didn't tell my boyfriend to call her so she could be in on the conversation. And also, she won't let us do anything together because she 'isn't over him' yet. I feel really strange and tied down because I feel like I have to ask her permission to even talk to my own boyfriend! I hate this. I wanted him to go to the movies with us last night, but she didn't approve. I got kinda mad and just didn't say anything. She then got mad and was like, "JUST CALL HIM! I don't care!! Who cares about my feelings anyways!! All ya'll are gonna do is make out right in my face!" So, yeah. I got mad, and said.. "Well, obviously I care cause I'm asking you for your permission before doing anything with MY boyfriend! It seems like you don't care about MY feelings!" We didn't end up taking my boyfriend. Just me and her..
EUGH! This is just so annoying. I HATE having to ask her to be able to take my boyfriend places with us. I feel so tied down. She is prolly just not letting him go so he'll break up with me cause we don't spend any time together. She doesn't really have a conscience and doesn't really realize when she's guilt tripping, but she does it ALL THE TIME!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!! What do I do!?! I really like this guy and I actually want a serious relationship right now. I feel ready for it, but at this rate it's so not gonna happen. Thank you so much. ~Lacey |

did she like him first? maybe she feels like she has the right to 'have' him.
but since you're with him anyway, you shouldnt listen to her. and it seems like you made your point really clear to her and she still didnt listen so... give her time. she's just being really selfish now, but she should finally realize that she should be happy for you |
