Have you ever felt like you were going to go insane because of a major event that happened in your life? I don't need to worry about that since I'm already insane

i go insane when i get angry or when i snap and that just happened two days a go so ya
when i get angry i can see everything but i cant react to anything what i mean by this is that when i get really angry and i think of something....anything i do it i really hate it to becuz i have hurt people before  i hate hurting people.....really |
