running in the right position?

I've been training in track for about 2~3 months now and I'm not sure if it's the position I run or somethign but the muscles on the side of my stomache are really sore and tender...do any of you guys know why?

I suggest you talk to a coach at school or maybe someone in a fitness center. They may have a better eye to spot check your form.
