how do i change my public profile Options

i have a skin that doesnt show it, can anybody just give me the link for the area where i can cnhage it?

For a profile in your skin, paste this somewhere in your code, but edit the

CODE

margin-left:###px; margin-top:###; border:0px solid #COLOR CODE; width: ###px; height: ###px;

and replace the #'s and the WORD COLOR CODE with your stuff. Also change stuff about yourself with your name and hobbies or whatever you want to put there :
