I love iPods. I have a pink mini one who else has one? if you go to NYC, it seems like every 3 people have one. But i think their ads are the COOLEST!

QUOTE(uLoVeMikeRoch @ Apr 22 2005, 2:10 PM) ohmigawh, you're totally right! i mean, i only bought mine a few months after they came out, so i've had it for about two and a half years, and it still works perfectly. they totally break within a few months of buying them!!! anyways, i don't think that itunes or filesharing is what's making record sales go down- it's declining quality in mainstream music. |

That was gay, you are gay. You're sarcasm is ineffective here. Anyway, i personally think that itunes and napster isnt such a good way to get music. So you pay for it and you download it, what happenens if its get erased or your computer gets a problem? I personally rather get the cd and rip the files to my computer. But it's still a very effective way to make money for the music industry. |

^ agreed. ever since i started downloading i've been able to find more bands, and have started buying a lot more cds.
QUOTE(uLoVeMikeRoch @ Apr 22 2005, 5:04 PM) i actually thought it was damn effective. did you miss my point? they don't break within months, or even years for that matter. that was an extremely ignorant statement for you to make. you didn't include any facts, sources, or personal experiences to back it up. and resorting to calling me gay..? i find that pathetic. edit one: oh, and for rachel, it's *your. using the contraction you're means "you are" of course, and "you are sarcasm" makes no sense at all. edit two: QUOTE(uLoVeMikeRoch @ Apr 22 2005, 5:04 PM) So you pay for it and you download it, what happenens if its get erased or your computer gets a problem? I personally rather get the cd and rip the files to my computer. i'm not trying to debate with you or piss you off with this edit, but wouldn't most people also put the music on their mp3 player? i don't think it's very likely for your computer AND your mp3 player to crash at the same time, but i do see your point. i don't buy from the itunes store because cds only cost a few dollars more, and you get something tangible without restrictions. liner notes are kind of nice too. |
