copying my post in Lounge:
QUOTE in short, as long as you sign up to a website which required your email / name / any info. its illegal unless your above 13 years old. for more info: http://www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm So when someone under 13 joins, its considered illegal, and some (paul murphy for eample) become spammers. the last forum i had which was an Invision fourm btw, got taken down because we had people under 13 on it. So i'm just saying, for the love of god add a age verifyer in the sign up page. |

1. you can act better then your age and people cant tell much.
2. cB should have 8th grade history and science questions to see if that person is legal to use the website. Not only that, you should already know the answer to the question. |

Not only that, you should already know the answer to the question. That is a lame suggestion...remember we don't live in same countries, like niez cho said, people live in different countries and learn different things. I used to be a mod on an invision forum and it got shut down because a boy was 12 years old...i still think cB should have an age verifier, even though people lie, it covers our butt...we wouldn't be held responsible for whatever... |
