Flash on layouts, Get blog text on flash image |

I'm experimenting with flash for my layouts, and I'm wondering, is it possible to get the blog text on the flash image itself? I know I can get the text under the flash image and use the flash image as a banner, but can I use the flash image as the background image? Thanks for your time.
