i have been using psp9 for a while and have been trying to blend images. but it does not seem to be working for me. so would photoshop be better? or should i practice more?.

i started with psp but there were alot of stuff i couldnt do
but with photoshop its more comfortable and convenient dont ask me why i already tried answering that question
