Okay, I sort of need some help on how to flatten my stomach because all I do is fake it by sucking it in. It just bulges out sometimes and I get embarrased.
 I need help...

u can always roll a bottle of wine on it while watching tv for about an hour a day...sounds wierd but it workz...
