If you choose not to keep your dog, go to your local Petsmart and/or Petco (if possible both), list a classified ad in their bulletin section and hope that there will be another kind owner willing to take her in.
 And take everyone elses' advice and don't bring it to the pound...  IMO if you can't sustain having a dog anymore due to heavy stuff school or something, then I guess you should do that but otherwise, I believe you should keep her.
