Believe it or not, you can have brownies when you're on a diet. Three grams of fat and 140 calories a serving, you can't hate this recipe. Don't eat too many though, there are about.. 24 carbs per serving.
QUOTE(Ingredients) 14 oz low fat or fat free sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 4 egg whites 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract QUOTE(Vanilla Icing) 2 Tbsp. soft nonfat margarine 1 Tbsp. skim milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups powdered sugar (or splenda) 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a large saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, and chips. Stir until chips are melted; remove from heat. Stir in egg whites, flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well. Turn into prepared pan. 2. Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Allow them to cool. 3. Combine the icing ingredients and mix until well blended. Spread on cooled brownies. |
