Um lets say I type in a text , for me to able to move it I have to click exactly where it is for me to able too , If i dont the bottom layer while move , basically I want the layer im working on to move not the other ones , Can someone tell me how to turn off this option.

 idk why the arrow doesnt show , but I had the arrow ontop ( and clicked ) the E , and if you see the layers its on the bottom layer. Its harder to do with smaller fonts , and etc. For some reason it doesnt lock on the layer I want to work on and locking the layer doesnt work neither. |
