how do i exactly make pop ups like THIS? (then click his profile)
is there a tutorial on this? i dunno how to use frames using another webhost... so how exactly?  thanks |

he is using a webhost, and the profile is an image. he just uses this code to make it pop up and modifys the window. here it is, just edit to your liking.
