Okay, I sort of need some help on how to flatten my stomach because all I do is fake it by sucking it in. It just bulges out sometimes and I get embarrased.

Well, I have a really bad back, so instead of doing sit ups I sit up striaght and when I am watching TV or reading or something that makes me relaxed I constrict my stomach muscles. Every five seconds counts as 1 sit up. Five minutes=60 sit ups. So, you can get about 30 done during a commercial break!

All that does is strengthen the muscules, so if you do have a weak midsection its great, but u still wont lose belly fat. |
